For orders below $49, standard international shipping fees will be calculated automatically at checkout, allowing you to confirm exact costs before payment. Delivery times vary depending on destination countries and logistics carriers. Possible delays caused by customs inspection or force majeure are beyond our control.
Return & After-sales Rules
We support a 30-day return and exchange service for unused, intact standard pet products. Buyers shall bear all return shipping costs for non-quality-related returns. If you receive defective or damaged items due to factory quality issues, please provide clear photos within 7 days after receiving the parcel.
